Oman’s multi-day off road cycling even is back! This is the ultimate MTB challenge in Oman and includes some of the best off road tracks in the Sultanate!
Trans Hajar offers four thrilling off road stages :
Day 1 ‘Prologue’
30-35km distance, mixed terrain Cyclists can start at 1400
Day 2: Al Khoud Village Stage (1)
68km distance, undulating mixed terrain
Cyclists will start in order of timings from day 1 to spread participants across the course – first cyclist starts 06:00
Day 3: Yiti Village Stage the Marathon ’Apex’ The big one!
79km of punishing terrain to really feel the burn
Start as per day 2
Day 4: Alkhoud Village Stage (2) Home Straight’
The final push over 60km of tracks and wadis
Aid Stations will be available every 20km on the race route, supplying waterBananas and Oranges .Participants should plan their race hydration accordingly and plan to carry any specific nutrition needs
Trans Hajar Race village A unique hospitality concept that will cater to our competitors needs and ensure comfort and space to relax after your gruelling day on the bike.
Facilities include: Tents for sleeping and resting, segregated toilets and showers, power outlets/recharge stations (as we know you will have flat batteries after all the videos and photos taken out on the course!), 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for all participants, First Aid and massage tent

At 07.00 am, Core strengthening training, then open water swim , and stretching. For 3 hours.
