Triathlon Training Camp With Jennifer Gibbons at Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah Resort & Spa.
Training Program Schedule:
Introductions, weekend plan.
Specific Triathlon GYM session
Long bike 2.5-3hours, including some faster work and possible hill repeats.
Pool swim – drills, intervals and open water drills
Afternoon/evening – run to do some drills, intervals/fartlek running
Evening: Dinner, chat on training and racing including transitions
Open water swim – distance and also drills
Short bike + run repeats to practice what we talked about on Friday evening
Afternoon: to finish off with short swim+bike+run – something like 250-500m swim + 10-15km bike and then 2.5-5km run.
